This 4-40 Set Screw is for Lower Receivers that have been tapped for a “Captured Takedown Spring”
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) You need to clip the Takedown Detent Spring to use this Set Screw
2) Not all Lower Receivers use a 4-40 Set Screw. If you use the wrong Set Screw it will seize up in the Lower Receiver and potentially damage your Lower Receiver.
3) The only threadlocker we suggest for this set screw is Vibratite VC-3.
